Located in Milton, Ontario, The Marian Courtyard, built in 2000, is a four-story complex housing 50 Suites and a number of Lounges, Atriums and Recreational Rooms, as well as a Kitchenette and Salon, Eleven unique Suite configurations are available ranging from one bedroom, one bedroom plus den and two bedroom Suites.

The Marian Courtyard is a non-profit organization / facility governed by a volunteer board of directors who are committed to serving the senior residence through the development of new and innovative services and housing techniques. Tenants occupy their suite under a “Right to Occupy” Agreement. The Marian Courtyard is attached to Holy Rosary Church and enjoys a diversified community of seniors, of Christian denominations.
